These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at Clickite.
As a registered user at Clickite, you have confirmed you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:
1.USER ACCOUNTS
1.1 Your password should be kept secret from others and so should your email password.
1.2 You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your AlertPay/PayPal/Liberty Reserve account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.3 Accounts are not transferable. Your account is yours only and it cannot be sold.
1.4 Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
1.5 If you live in China, you are not allowed to have an account at Clickite.
1.6 Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
1.7 Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
1.8 After 30 days of inactivity of your account, your earnings can be cleared.
1.9 Your account can be suspended and deleted at anytime without any warnings/reasons give.
1.10 Users are required to be able to read and write proper english.
2.REFERRALS
2.1 You may refer as many people as you want. We don't have any referral limits for all memberships.
2.2 You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or brought.
2.3 Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses and IP addresses.
2.4 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
3.1 Attacking/hacking/abusing the site in any way is forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension.
3.2 All ads must be viewed with your mouse without any kind of tools to help you click more effectively.
3.3 Failing more than 25% of cheat checks will risk getting your account suspended.
4.ADVERTISEMENTS
4.1 We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page and have adult or illegal content. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.
4.2 You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours or the as per advertiser's settings.
4.3 Sites that load too slow will be removed from the system and the advertising credits will be returned to the advertiser.
5.PAYMENTS TO USERS
5.1 All payments are made by PayPal. No other methods are available at this moment.
5.2 Your payment will be processed and issued within 4 business days.
5.3 You can request for payment once your account balance is $0.01 or more.
5.4 You can only request one payment at a time.
5.5 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
6.PAYMENTS TO CLICKITE
6.1 Only PayPal, AlertPay & Liberty Reserve funds are accepted at the moment. We do not accept creditcard payments.
6.2 All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
6.3 All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
6.4 It will take up to 48 hours to receive your order but usually we process orders within 12 hours.
7.REFUND POLICY
7.1 Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
8.LIABILITY
8.1 Clickite will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Clickite and therefore beyond our control.
8.2 Clickite is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
8.3 Clickite reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules.
